Watch for In This Moment to make some amazing strides in the next year!…..If you watched the Seattle episode of Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways on HBO over the weekend, then you know who Jack Endino is. He’s a Seattle-based producer who’s worked with the likes of Soundgarden, Mudhoney and Nirvana in their early days And Soundgarden enlisted him to produce their new tune, “Storm,” which is one of the brand new tunes on the band’s collection of rarieties, Echo of Miles: Scattered Tracks Across The Path. Watch the music video for the tune here…..Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has posted a lengthy, somewhat cryptic explanation online for why he stepped down as creative director of Resistance Pro Wrestling. While still supportive of wrestling, Corgan said he left because he “was watching a decently balanced company with a dream devolve into something I considered beneath my place in the world . . . my partners didn’t have my back in the way I thought they should.” He added, “I left because Resistance Pro was no longer the company I thought I’d helped build from the ground up.” (HenneMusic)….Pulse of Radio reports Hinder has released a new single called “Hit The Ground,” which marks the recording debut with the band of singer Nolan Neal, who joined the lineup in 2013 following Austin Winkler’s exit. A lyric video has also been posted for the track. Hinder’s upcoming fifth album is due out sometime in 2015….We hear Green Day is ready to start work on their next album. The band is nominated to be inducted in the 2015 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Me thinks they will certainly be working away in the new and if they’re smart and do get inducted, they should have a single out by April…..ZZ Top‘s Billy F. Gibbons, Duff McKagan,, Gilby Clarke and Matt Sorum are on the road as the Kings of Chaos. They are in South Africa currently rehearsing for a show set for the Cape Town GrandWest Grand Arena for one show only Dec 03. Slash and Corey Taylor have sat out this go around (Well, Corey is busy with Slipknot and Slash is taking a well-deserved break.) So this time, they are joined by, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Robin Zander of Cheap Trick and Nuno Bettancourt of Extreme! That’s HUGE! Wish I could see THAT show!…..Consequence of Sound and Pulse have reported Pearl Jam has released a professional bootleg recording of a concert the band performed in Moline, IL in October, during which they performed their fourth album, No Code, in its entirety for the first time ever. The band also debuted a new song called “Moline.” The live album is available on CD and digitally through Pearl Jam’s concert archive website….Man, we saw “Interstellar” over the weekend in IMAX. That’s worth the price of admission. Once again, Matthew McConaughey has given a supernova stellar performance.
