The book consists of a series of intimate interviews and photos of prominent women in the heavy rock business that detail their history, the challenges they’ve faced and the victories they’ve won. Other featured women include Lita Ford, Doro Pesch, Lacuna Coil‘s Cristina Scabbia and many more. The book is now available as a hardcover, softcover or e-book on the author’s website and will be available through other online retailers soon. Meanwhile, Halestorm are working away on their new album down in Nashville, the new rock mecca I guess. Everyone is moving there!!!…Hellyeah has posted a minute-and-a-half video clip online introducing their new bassist Kyle Sanders. Georgia boy Sanders, formerly of Bloodsimple and Monstro!, was brought into the band recently following its split with bass player Bob “Zilla” Kakaha and guitarist Greg Tribbett. The identity of the group’s new touring guitarist has yet to be revealed.
